At Artistry Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Items for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items We Accept for Return:
- Art prints and posters (unopened)
- Canvas prints (undamaged)
- Home decor items (unused, original packaging)
- Stationery items (unopened)
- Apparel (unworn, unwashed, with tags)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items (custom prints, monogrammed items)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Return an Item
Return Process:

Contact Us: Email us at returns@artistrymarket.pk with your order number and reason for return.

Get Approval: We'll review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24-48 hours.

Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with your RA number clearly marked on the outside.

Ship It Back: Send the package to our return address using a tracked shipping method.

Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy
Refund Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- JazzCash: Refunded to your JazzCash wallet within 3-5 business days
- EasyPaisa: Refunded to your EasyPaisa account within 3-5 business days
Refund Amounts
- Full refund if the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product)
- Original product price minus shipping costs for other returns
- Sale items are refundable at the purchased price only
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the replacement item
- We'll refund the original item once received
Price Difference: If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We'll send a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund
- You won't need to return the damaged item in most cases
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Our Error: We pay return shipping (wrong item, damaged product)
- Your Preference: You pay return shipping (wrong size ordered, changed mind)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

- Transit time: 3-7 business days
- Inspection: 1-2 business days
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days
Total estimated time: 10-17 business days from return initiation to refund receipt.
